Was so excited to finally try Supreme Dumpling after seeing the coming soon sign at Ala Moana for a while. I'm a huge Din Tai Fung fan so I had high hopes for this place. I'll say the food in general was just okay compared to Din Tai Fung but it's "supremely" better in comparison to anything else on the island. Spicy imperial braised beef bun - this was my personal favorite. As a spicy food lover, I felt like the mild was plenty spicy. Anything more would be too much.
Szechuan spicy XLB: These were okay. The skin on all the dumplings is perfectly thin but the Szechuan flavor wasn't super strong. It was more just spicy than anything. My husband also thought there wasn't enough filling in this one.
Wagyu beef XLB: If you like pho flavored things, you'll like these. Personally I didn't like them because I wasn't expecting it to taste like pho but they weren't bad if that's what you're looking for.
Stir fried string beans: I'd recommend to skip these. Usually stir fried string beans at Chinese places have either a black bean/XO or oyster sauce flavor but these were super plain and just tasted like oil and salt. They're also super expensive for vegetables at $18.
Pan fried pork dumplings: I was hoping these would taste like shen jian baos but it was more like the frozen Mila dumplings but with a crispy bottom so I was a little disappointed in these.
Spicy pork wontons: I think the sauce was a bit overwhelming by being a tiny bit too salty and too spicy. It was hard to taste the actual wonton itself but there was a good amount of filling in the wonton which was nice.
Black truffle vegetable fried rice: The truffle flavor wasn't super strong. Overall flavor was fine but once again was expensive for what it was at $21.
We also got some frozen lemonades at half sweetness and the half sweetness was perfect. These were nice to have to cut all the salty and oiliness from everything.
Service was great though and food came out fast which was nice. The takeout bags are also really cute and kind of remind me of the bags that they give out at Chagee.
We also wanted to try the black sesame mochi balls and the jasmine milk green tea but they were all sold out unfortunately which was a bummer.
All in all I think this place was okay. The flavors weren't quite there for me but they have the thin skin down for their XLB. In comparison to what currently exists on the island though, this place is 10 folds better than anything else here so that's why my review is a bit higher rated. If you're craving XLBs, this place is a solid option but don't expect Din Tai Fung flavors.
The assorted xiao long bao was really good. Tried a variety of flavors, and my favorites were the yellow and orange ones.
The service was excellent as well. Even though the waitstaff were extremely busy, they took great care of us throughout the meal.
Highly recommended!
I had the chance to try several different flavors of soup dumplings during my visit, and my favorite was definitely the black truffle soup dumpling. It had a rich aroma and a unique flavor that really stood out from the others. I also really enjoyed the pork bun and the mushroom fried rice. Both dishes were flavorful, satisfying, and complemented the dumplings very well. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service from Yeting. The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy time with family or friends.
Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and would gladly come back again. Special thanks to Yeting for her excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a pleasant dining environment.
We got seated quickly. Server was very attentive. Food & drinks came out soon after ordering. There are other good food alternatives if you’re not a soup dumpling fan. My family & I liked the Supreme pork & chicken Xiao Long Bao, Mini Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. & Pork chop fried rice.
Had a great experience at this newly opened restaurant! The atmosphere is warm, modern, and beautifully designed. The host and servers were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially our server Yeting, who was attentive and made our visit even more enjoyable. My favorite dishes were the Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao, Black Truffle Vegetable Fried Rice, and the Truffle Mushroom Roll. The xiao long bao was incredibly flavorful and packed with delicious broth. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!
We were extremely impressed with the service and quality of the food! The dumplings were amazing and everything was decently priced! Highly recommended!
Supreme Dumplings is one of my favorite restaurants for delicious dumplings. The food is so fresh and authentic. The flavors of the dumplings have all been very good and tasted homemade. The ambience of the restaurant is clean and upscale. It was an overall really great dining experience.
We placed our order around 7:30 PM, but didn’t receive all of our food until about 8:15 PM. Instead of the dishes arriving together, they came out one at a time, roughly every 15 minutes, which made for a frustrating dining experience. The food itself was also excessively oily. I understand that some dishes require oil, but even the fried rice was noticeably greasy. The restaurant has gender-neutral restrooms, which I generally have no issue with. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. When I entered, the toilet seat was left up and there was urine …

The restaurant has gender-neutral restrooms, which I generally have no issue with. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. When I entered, the toilet seat was left up and there was urine around the toilet area. Regardless of the restroom setup, it should be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition for all guests.
Very happy that the Redmond location finally opened! Went as a party of 6 during soft opening; the food was great and services were excellent! Sophia was very friendly and attentive during our entire visit. Thank you so much and will certainly be back in the future!

great experience overall! our server xiaonan is the best! helped our table with everything and always had a smile on her face! food was amazing even during what seemed like a rush. very nice environment and everything was super nice. would go again!!!!!
Service was great! Our server Steven was attentive and friendly. The manager Zach was friendly and helpful. Food was great, we got the xiao long bao and the spicy xiao long bao, mushroom fried rice, walnut shrimp and the taro dumplings for dessert. Mushroom fried rice was flavorful. The dumplings were soft and packed a lot of flavor. Ambiance was beautiful. 10/10 recommend checking them out.
The assorted xiao long bao was really good. I got to try a variety of flavors, and my favorites were the yellow and orange ones. Compared to Din Tai Fung's xiao long bao, this one is pretty comparable in terms of quality and taste.
The service was excellent as well. Even though the waitstaff were extremely busy, they took great care of us throughout the meal.
Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely come back to try more dishes.
OMG this place is AMAZING!!! Dim sum is my absolute favorite thing to eat and Supreme Dumplings did NOT disappoint! The manager was very engaged with us as well as our server, Michelle! I will definitely be back!!! ALSO the atmosphere was TOP TIER! Every little detail was just so thought out perfectly, from the cool water pitcher to the mouth wash dispenser in the bathroom to the gold flakes on some of the dumplings to seeing the chefs making them through the window to the FLAVORS!!! I am blown away and I'm so excited this is right here in Ala Moana -- now I have my new go-to spot! 10/10 recommend!!!
Supreme dumpling the their staff are amazing. The food was good! Better than a lot of other soup dumpling places I've been to. My server, Alice, was amazing! Very attentive and gave my siblings and I great service! Will definitely go back for more!

Family friendly. We tried the shrimp fried rice and loved it. We got a kid menu items with the noodles and my daughter loves it. She's three and my son is five. It does take a while to be seated sometimes so we normally check in as soon as we arrive at the mall. the customer service is good, truly they are so busy. the mango slushy is my absolute favorite!! Pork Wonton Noodle Soup was delicious. We also got Supreme Spicy Pork Wontons and those were sensational. Overall we love it, we always come back
Great food and great service especially the food and the atmosphere around. It is just a very interesting place and the price is affordable also walk-in is possible

Wow!!! Supreme Dumplings was a Great Surprise!!! Washington State is NOT known for good restaurants. Chain restaurants are notoriously known for really bad food. This place broke the mold for both! Today was not the same experience. Dirty dishes, leaking soy sauce jars, wobbly tables were the negatives for today.
BUT, the staff was friendly - friendly overwhelmed though.

Waiter went over the menu and helped me decide on a few dishes. Not pictured was some wild mushroom fried rice and that was also very good. Fresh ginger was placed on the table right away and didn't have to ask for it! Katy Tx you're lucky to have this little gem. Check it out and be adventurous when ordering
